Beyond the statutory 14-day cancellation window, we offer an extended 30-day returns window for unopened, unused products. Items must be in their original condition with the seal intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the nature of consumable food supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@drmushrooms.uk with photos if possible. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return postage in full. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees on returned items.
